Board And Management

	John W Barr CA FAICD - Chairman Mr John W Barr qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1981 and over the last 25 years has obtained considerable experience in the natural resources sector. Mr Barr has managed private and public companies, established a number of successful start-up companies, dealt with capital restructures, fund raisings, mergers, acquisitions and floats in Australia and internationally. He has acted as an executive director of companies operating in Australia, Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam and South Africa. Mr Barr is also Chairman of Cavendish Corporation Limited and a Director of Batavia Mining Limited.
	Neil Biddle - Managing Director Mr Neil Biddle is a geologist and member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy. He has over 20 years experience in precious and base metal exploration, and since 1986 has managed numerous successful exploration programmes throughout Australia. Since 1987 Mr Biddle has served almost continuously on ASX listed public company boards and has gained broad management experience in his roles as Exploration Director and Managing Director. He maintains a hands on approach to exploration activities and is always intimately involved in all aspects of project exploration and development. Mr Biddle has been a Director of Tennant Creek Gold since 1998 and was appointed Managing Director in 2004. He is also a Non-Executive Director of Batavia Mining Limited.
	Mr Edward Fry - Non-Executive Director Mr Fry has extensive experience in Land Management/Access within the Australian resource sector and with Indigenous and Native Title issues. His professional background includes Corporate Officer for the Native Title - Australian Mining Operations and Exploration with Normandy Mining Ltd., Senior Project Officer, Capital Works; Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Commission and also the Aboriginal Development Commission. His educational background includes a Diploma in Business Management from Adelaide University.
	Paul Burton - Exploration Director Mr Paul Burton is an Exploration Geologist/Geochemist with over 20 years experience in Exploration and Mining. Paul is experienced in running successful exploration programs for a variety of commodities and has held consulting and senior management roles with major exploration companies including De Beers Ltd, Normandy Exploration Limited and Minotaur Exploration Ltd. His experience includes work throughout Australia, Canada, Russia, Africa and Laos. Paul graduated with an MSc in Mineral Exploration from McGill University, Canada, is a Member of AusIMM and a Fellow of the Association of Exploration Geochemists.
