Mr Andy Rodda

Mr Andy Rodda has more than 40 years experience in all facets of mineral exploration, mining and tenement management throughout Australia and overseas.

He has managed successful mineral exploration programs for a range of different commodities including base-metals, precious-metals, mineral sands and ferrous metals.

Mr Rodda has an Advanced Certificate of Engineering (Mech).

Miss Helen Yang

Ms Helen Yang is a Corporate Consultant to TNG for business development, Asia Pacific and China, to assist with TNG’s business development and partnerships with Chinese and Asian companies.

Helen holds an Engineering Degree and Master’s degree in Commerce from the University of Sydney. Previous roles include work in the Department of Trade and Economic Development, South Australia and Auditor-General's Department, South Australia before joining Minter Ellison as Business Manager for their China Projects Group.

Helen has extensive experience in a variety of high level business and project management roles, focusing on international market development, commercial advice, financial analysis, industry assistance and risk assessment. She has extensive experience in facilitating two-way investment and Australian export, especially in inbound investment into the resources, energy and advanced manufacturing sector in Australia.

She is conversant with both the Chinese and Australian business cultures and speaks Chinese and English fluently.

 

Mr Edward Fry

Mr Eddie Fry was a Director of TNG between 2006-2011 and has been retained as a consultant to the Company. Mr Fry has extensive experience within the Australian resource sector and is a specialist in Indigenous and Native Title issues.

Mr Fry is Executive Director of Gimbulki Ltd., a Native Title Land access company he established in 2002 which has provided consulting services to a range of Australian Exploration and Mining Companies including Rio Tinto, Barrack, Ferraus, Transfield Services, Western Desert Resources and Sherwin Iron. During his career he also held senior Executive roles with Normandy Mining Ltd., where he established the company’s Traditional Owner policy, and later was manager of logistics and marketing of Normandy’s base-metal portfolio.

His early employment included involvement with the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Commission (ATSIC) and also the Aboriginal Development Commission.

Mr Fry holds a Diploma in Business Management from Adelaide University.

Mr Fry is also Chairman of Transfield Services Indigenous Advisory Board and Deputy Chair of the Aboriginal foundation of South Australia.

 

Mr Finn Barrett


Mr Barrett is consultant Geologist to TNG’s Mount Peake project and Nickel/Copper exploration projects.

He graduated from the University of Aarhus in Denmark and has been involved in Nickel and Platinum Group Elements (PGE’s) exploration and research since early 1980’s. Most of his work has been on mineralisation related to basic- ultrabasic intrusions working for major companies Anglo American, Anaconda, Geopeko, Falconbridge and Outokumpu. During the 1990s Finn was also involved in project generation for BHP related to basic-ultrabasic intrusions in Australia, China and India. Since 2002 he has also been consultant to IMX Resources exploring intrusions in Australia, India, Tanzania and Mozambique.

METS

Mineral Engineering Technical Services Pty Ltd (METS) is an engineering consultancy firm based in Perth, Western Australia.

 

With its team of highly skilled multi-disciplinary engineers, METS is able to guide a company’s project through the mining timeline, from conducting due diligence and testwork to scoping studies, pre-feasibility studies, feasibility studies to detail design, construction management and commissioning.

METS have been involved with TNG’s MOUNT Peake project since 2008 and have been instrumental in the design, IP and test work for the new hydrometallurgical process  developed and patented  jointly with TNG.
