Mr Burton is an experienced mining executive, having worked in the resources sector throughout Australia and overseas for the last 30 years.
Mr Burton has been involved in the discovery and development of the Company’s main projects, including the flagship Project Mount Peake and all projects spun out into Todd River Resources Ltd. Previous career appointments include senior and executive roles at Anglo American, De Beers, Normandy Mining Ltd and Minotaur Exploration Ltd.
Mr Burton holds an Honours degree in Geology, a Master degree in Mineral Exploration and Mining from McGill University in Canada. He is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Fellow of the Association of Applied Exploration Geochemists, and a member of both the Australian and Canadian Institutes of Mining and Metallurgy, and a Member of the British Institute of Directors.
Mr Fisher is a highly-regarded senior mining and corporate finance executive with extensive experience spanning all aspects of accounting and reporting, corporate finance including debt and equity capital raising, stock exchange listings, financial analysis, government approvals, business strategy and commercial development.
Most recently, he was the CFO and Company Secretary of public unlisted environmental services company Tellus Holdings Ltd. Prior to that, he was the GM, Corporate Strategy for the former ASX-listed Atlas Iron Ltd., and responsible for Project Finance and Corporate Development at Atlantic Ltd. Earlier in his career, Mr Fisher was a Director at PwC Strategy in Perth and a member of the Rothschild Natural Resources, Utilities & Infrastructure Team in London.
He holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia and a Master of Applied Finance from the Macquarie University.
Mr Foo is a qualified mechanical engineer with over 40 years’ experience as a hands-on executive with front-line exposure to major projects in the mining and mineral industry. He has worked across a range of commodities and project types including iron ore, bauxite, alumina, nickel, coal, gold, gallium, rare earths, power generation and waste-to-energy.
For the past three years, Mr Foo was the CEO of Endeavour Energy Corporation, an international start-up company in the Waste-to-Energy sector. Prior to that, he was the General Manager of Doric Group, a resource and infrastructure company. Between 2010 and 2012, he served as Director of Major Projects of UGL Limited. He was also the Director of the Feasibility Study phase of a $5 billion Aurukun Bauxite/Alumina refinery over a two-year period, based in Queensland for Chalco Australia.
Mr Giltay is a finance executive with more than 18 years’ experience in the areas of corporate finance, commercial management, corporate compliance and business strategy. He has extensive experience in the resources industry, having consulted to and worked for a range of resources companies engaged in exploration, project development, operations and mining services. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Postgraduate Diploma in HRM from the University of Western Australia.
Mr Guillemaille is a highly experienced sales and marketing professional in the chemical industry. He gained experience in trading with companies like Fuji Film (Japan), Metallgesellschaft (Germany) and Monsanto/Exxon Chemicals (U.S.) among others.
He began his career in the titanium dioxide industry 20 years ago with Kronos and Argex Titanium. His academic studies include a degree from the Lyon Institute of Technology, France.
Mr Stark brings more than 40 years of broad experience in the mining and civil industries, including both underground and surface mining experience across multiple operations in Australia.
He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Mining Engineering) from the South Australian Institute of Technology and First Class Mine Manager’s Certificate of Competency from Western Australia, Mr Stark has operated his own consultancy for the past six years providing consulting engineering services to the mining and contracting industries.
Mr Stark previously held the position of Managing Director, Resources Division for lithium miner Galaxy Resources Limited between 2008 and 2013, where he led and managed the Australian operations management team on key planning issues and made recommendations on key business decisions to the Managing Director.
Mr Grey has over 15 years experience as an exploration geologist, including senior roles with a number of Australian resource companies including Goldminex Resources, Mincor Resources and Norilsk Nickel Australia.
He has been involved in the discovery and delineation of variety of ore deposits both in Australia and intenationally, including nickel, gold, porphyry and sediment-hosted copper, heavy mineral sands, base metals, and industrial minerals.
Mr Stephen has over 40 years' experience in the global titanium dioxide industry. He has a very strong background both in Research & Development (especially product and process development) and Manufacturing in the titanium dioxide industry, including as site director of three large manufacturing sites.
He was Site Director for the Bunbury Chloride plant in Australia, the Le Havre Sulphate plant in France and the Stallingborough Chloride plant in the UK. More recently, he worked for Cristal Pigments in their Swiss Office in Baar, Switzerland. He was appointed as Managing Director of Cristal Inorganic Chemicals Switzerland Ltd in 2014, and returned to Bunbury, WA in 2017, serving as a Board Member for Cristal’s Australian company from 2017 to 2019 until the takeover by Tronox.
Mr Kreppold has over 30 years’ experience in the engineering industry and holds Bachelor degrees in Engineering and Law. In recent years, his primary focus has been on reviewing projects during the study/tender stage and providing input to ensure they are fit for purpose, technically complete, innovative and economical, predominantly within the mining industry.
Recently, Mr Kreppold served as the CEO and Managing Director of the Allmine Group (ASX: AZG), where he was responsible for managing its engineering and mining service business. He also served as the Chief Civil Structural Engineer, responsible for management of the civil and structural design of the Goro Nickel Project, a US$3.3 billion nickel development project in New Caledonia.
Mr Kreppold has extensive experience in construction management, project management, site supervision, design change management and project close-out, having occupied the role of Principal Civil Structural Engineer with a major firm for six years.
Ms Raffo is a Chartered Secretary with a thorough knowledge and understanding of the corporate governance and investor relations fields, having worked in these areas for the past 15 years. She has previous Board experience having worked with Directors and senior management of both ASX and B3 (Sao Paulo Stock Exchange) companies in industries including metals & mining and insurance.
She is an Associate of the Governance Institute of Australia and holds a Bachelor of Business and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance.
Ms Yang is a Corporate Consultant to TNG for business development, Asia Pacific and China, to assist with TNG’s business development and partnerships with Chinese and Asian companies. Helen holds an Engineering Degree and Master’s degree in Commerce from the University of Sydney. Previous roles include work in the Department of Trade and Economic Development, South Australia and Auditor-General's Department, South Australia before joining Minter Ellison as Business Manager for their China Projects Group. Helen has extensive experience in a variety of high level business and project management roles, focusing on international market development, commercial advice, financial analysis, industry assistance and risk assessment. She has extensive experience in facilitating two-way investment and Australian export, especially in inbound investment into the resources, energy and advanced manufacturing sector in Australia.
She is conversant with both the Chinese and Australian business cultures and speaks Chinese and English fluently.
